This is a quote from one of the text’s I am using for my thesis research*, Coach U’s Essential Coaching Tools. This comes from their 21 Evolutionary Practices. I am trying to make major, even evolutionary, changes in my life. This point really spoke to me. How timely it is with the changes I have been making and after attending the graduation ceremony of a friend yesterday evening.
